About RAIDS
Responsible and Intelligent Data Systems
We push data systems beyond being mere "efficient storage and processing tools" toward becoming sustainable intelligent infrastructure that empowers responsible decision-making and serves the greater good.
Our Core Principles
Intelligence
Rationality, insight, and systematic intelligence. We build data systems that don't just process—they understand, reason, and learn.
Responsible
Responsibility, fairness, trustworthiness, and control. Technology must serve humanity with accountability and ethical consideration at its core.
Our Vision
"Where Data Thinks" — We envision a future where data systems are not passive tools, but active partners in solving humanity's greatest challenges through responsible innovation and intelligent decision-making.

Culture & Values
Aim high. Think deep. Fear none. Press on.
Systems Thinking
We approach problems holistically, considering the entire ecosystem of technology, people, and societal impact. Deep understanding over quick fixes.
Quality Over Quantity
We prioritize impactful, rigorous research over publication volume. Every project should push boundaries and contribute meaningfully to the field.
Cultivating Independence
We mentor researchers to think critically, ask bold questions, and develop their unique research voice. Independence is the ultimate goal.
Interdisciplinary & Transparent
We bridge computer science with ethics, social science, and domain expertise. Open communication and reproducible research are our standards.
Sustainable Research Environment
We believe in work-life balance, mental health support, and long-term career development. Sustainable research leads to sustainable impact.
Join Our Team
We're actively recruiting PhD students, Masters students, Honours students, Postdocs, and Research Interns who are passionate about building responsible and intelligent data systems.
